How to Select a Cable-type Float Switch for Liquid Level?
First, our company offers four types
of cable-type float switches for liquid level, namely:
1. Clean Water Float Switch: It is
typically used in clean water environments (non-sewage) and suitable for water
temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 60℃. This float switch consists of a modified
PP plastic shell, PVC cable, and a 1mm² thick, 8mm diameter cable. It has a 16A
high-current switch and can meet the rated voltage and current of 115V 16A and
the maximum voltage and current of 230V 10A. It uses modified PP adhesive for
sealing and undergoes a full airtightness test before shipment.
2. Corrosion-resistant Float Switch: It is designed for harsh sewage environments and suitable for water temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 60℃. This float switch is made of ABS plastic shell, CPE rubber cable, and uses a 0.75mm² thick, 8mm diameter cable with a 5A Omron microswitch. It can meet the rated voltage and current of 250V 3A and the maximum voltage and current of 125V 5A. It is sealed with high-quality epoxy resin and features a waterproof design. It also undergoes a full airtightness test before shipment.
3. High-temperature and
Corrosion-resistant Float Switch: It is suitable for high-temperature
environments and can withstand water temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 85℃.
This float switch consists of a PP plastic shell, CPE rubber cable, and a
0.75mm² thick, 8mm diameter cable with a 5A Omron microswitch. It can meet the
rated voltage and current of 250V 3A and the maximum voltage and current of
125V 5A. It is sealed with high-quality epoxy resin and features a waterproof
design. It also undergoes a full airtightness test before shipment.
4. Ultra-high Temperature and
Corrosion-resistant Float Switch: It is specifically designed for
high-temperature environments and can withstand water temperatures ranging from
-25℃ to 100℃. This float switch has a stainless steel shell, CPE rubber cable,
and a 0.75mm² thick, 8mm diameter cable with a 5A Omron microswitch. It can
meet the rated voltage and current of 250V 3A and the maximum voltage and
current of 125V 5A. It is also sealed with high-quality epoxy resin and
designed to prevent water ingress. A full airtightness test is performed before
shipment.
